Rates include ALL taxes & fees

YKnot Cottage Season 2007:

Spring: through May 24, 2007

Summer: May 25 - September 27

Fall / Winter: Beginning September 28, 2007

YKnot Cottage is smoke-free cottage

2007 Rates

Additional nights are available for: $125 (Summer) and $120 (Spring and Fall). All cottages are non-smoking and pet-free. There is a 5-night minimum required during the summer season.  Rates include the 5% Calvert County Hotel Tax and other fees.  Payment must be made in U.S. currency at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel by giving a minimum of thirty (30) days notice before the date on which the rental begins. Deposits previously sent will be refunded upon receipt of this thirty-day notice; and a cancellation fee of 25% of the deposit will be charged. If cancellation or change is made within thirty (30) days of check-in, the reservation deposit will not be refunded.
