cBay Cottage '13 AVAILABILITY
Rates are all inclusive
cBay Cottage 2013 Season:
Spring: January 1 through May 16, 2013
Summer: May 17 - September 19, 2013
Fall / Winter: Beginning September 20, 2013
cBay Cottage is available by the week only (Friday through Friday). Less than seven (7) night bookings may be available at the beginning of each month, but a two night minimum is required ($395). Check our availability calendar dates.

Additional nights may be available for: $195 per night (Summer) and $170 per night (Spring & Fall). cBay Cottage is a fully-furnished, non-smoking and pet-free cottage. Rates include all taxes and other fees. Payment must be made in U.S. currency at least 30 days prior to arrival.
A seven (7) night minimum is required all year, including Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Exceptions may be made based on availability. Prices may change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel by notifying The Cottages of Governors Run at least thirty (30) days
prior to
the date of which the rental begins. Deposits previously sent will be
refunded upon receipt of this thirty-day notice and if the cottage is
re-booked. A cancellation fee of 100%
of the deposit will be charged if the cottage is not rebooked. If cancellation or change is made within
thirty (30) days of check-in, the reservation deposit and all pre-payments
are not refundable.
Advance reservations are always required.
