Rates are all inclusive
cBay Cottage 2007 Season:
Winter '06 through Spring '07 -- through May 24. 2007
Summer: May 25 - September 27
Fall / Winter: Beginning September 28, 2007
cBay Cottage is available by the week only (Friday through Friday). Less than seven (7) night bookings may be available at the beginning of each month, but a two night minimum is required ($395). Check our availability calendar dates.

Additional nights may be available for: $160 per night (Summer) and $140 per night (Spring & Fall). cBay Cottage is a non-smoking and pet-free cottage. Rates include all taxes and other fees. Payment must be made in U.S. currency at least 30 days prior to arrival.
A seven (7) night minimum is required all year, including Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Exceptions may be may based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel by giving a minimum of thirty (30) days notice before
the date on which the rental begins. Deposits previously sent will be
refunded upon receipt of this thirty-day notice. A cancellation fee of 25%
of the deposit will be charged. If cancellation or change is made within
thirty (30) days of check-in, the reservation deposit will not be
refunded.
Advance reservations are always required.
