ALL Carly Cottage reservations must be confirmed with the owner prior to booking. Additional nights are available for: $195 (Summer) and $145 (Spring and Fall). All cottages are non-smoking and pet-free. The owners require a 5-night minimum year round. Payment must be made in U.S. currency at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Rates include a 5% Calvert County Hotel Tax. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
Policy
Guests may cancel by giving a minimum of thirty (30) day notice prior to
the date on which the rental begins. Deposits previously sent will be
refunded upon receipt of this thirty-day notice if the cottage is
re-booked. A cancellation fee of 25%
of the deposit will be charged. If cancellation or change is made within
thirty (30) days of check-in, the reservation deposit and all pre-payments will not be
refunded.
