Rates include ALL taxes and fees

Carly's Cottage Seasons 2007:

Spring: Through May 24

Summer: May 25 - September 27

Fall: Beginning September 28, 2007

ALL Carly Cottage reservations must be confirmed with the owner prior to booking. Additional nights are available for: $160 (Summer) and $140 (Spring and Fall). All cottages are non-smoking and pet-free. Five night minimum year round. Payment must be made in U.S. currency at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Rates include a 5% Calvert County Hotel Tax.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel by giving a minimum of thirty (30) days notice before the date on which the rental begins. Deposits previously sent will be refunded upon receipt of this thirty-day notice; however a cancellation fee of 25% of the deposit will be charged. If cancellation or change is made within thirty (30) days of check-in, the reservation deposit will not be refunded.
